As a Account Executive, New Business you’ll develop and implement strategies that build new relationships, mindshare, and opportunities for Mindful products and services (“Mindful Solutions”). You’ll leverage your fantastic communication, organizational, and Salesforce/CRM skills, to identify prospects, qualify leads, and sell successfully thru strategic partnership and hit/exceed annual sales targets.
In a typical week you’ll put your experience to great use as you innovate new relationship pathways for the New Business team’s expansion. You’ll work closely with the team and other Mindful groups as you generate demand for Mindful, and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our new clients. If you have proven experience generating new ARR, consistently meeting targets, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the overall Contact Center market you will thrive in this role.
