Our people are our biggest asset, and this is an opportunity to be a part of the team that sets those people up for success. The Contract HR Coordinator will help to support the US HR Team with all HR administration and project work areas. This is a great introductory role to the world of HR!
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with HR software and tools. The position requires working well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Focused on solutions, motivated by results, and driven to set the business up for success, the ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities and shift demands with ease, always demonstrating agility and flexibility.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Managing all aspects of HR Admin – including new employees, benefits, monitoring probation periods, managing leavers process, salary reviews, bonus payments, etc.
Maintaining the HRIS and related systems, updating all employee information, and creating new system workflows as needs arise.
Assisting with HR projects such as new systems, processes and initiatives.
Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assisting with both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
Assisting with performance management procedures.
Assisting with coordination of training sessions and seminars.
Support other assigned functions and ad-hoc HR projects.
Possess up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge of Hibob or any HRIS System.
Possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Collaborative, team player
Ability to work independently and show initiative to complete assigned tasks
Strong ability to work with confidential information
Eager to learn & take on responsibility quickly
