As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Mirabella Portland, you’ll provide administrative support and coordinate sales and marketing activity for our sales team. You’ll help our Sales and Marketing Director manage on site events, department policy and procedure, sales records and our CRM database to ensure the department runs smoothly.
As a Coordinator at our community, you’ll be a connector, networker and relationship builder and trusted source of information to all that you support. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day! What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by streamlining documentation, forms, applicant lists, procedures and processes to ensure that the marketing department is operating as efficiently as possible.
- Assist sales and operations teams with planning and executing sales events.
- Assist prospects and residents with documents throughout the move-in and move-out process, coordinating efforts and creating and providing notices with all associated departments including facilities, administration, resident services, dining services and marketing department.
- Build Independent Living Brochures, apartment floor plans, Move-In Guides, new resident files, and other materials essential to the sales process.
- Produce routine reporting that empowers sales activities and provides valuable information about customer preferences and objections. Complete market research and competitive analysis on a quarterly basis.
- Assist with general community inquiries by providing basic information and conducting introductory tours of the community as the first step in the sales process.
- Schedule activities and follow-up communication to prospects and residents after tours and events, recording the communication in RHS
Wages: $21.00 – $26.88 /hr DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
