The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include compliance, leave administration, workers compensation and policy formation. This individual will also collaborate on benefit administration, recruitment and retention, employee relations, counseling, safety and training/development. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director’s absence.
