Job Summary:This role will aid with and facilitate people solutions processes. The Coordinator will be responsible for responding to FreshService inquiries and calls from the people solutions helpline. This role supports the People Solutions Generalist team and provides administrative support as needed, to include record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry.
Responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact:
Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
Data entry and responding to inquiries submitted via the FreshService ticket system or the People Solutions helpline referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate level.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute people solutions programs including but not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, position changes.
Conducts routine audits and evaluations of employee files and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
Provides system support for People Solutions systems such as password resets and maintenance of system data.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Prepares new-employee files.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
Qualifications:
Talents you’ll bring to MVP:
Experience working in a HRIS system (Dayforce experience strongly preferred).
Previous HR Coordination and data entry experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
UKG experience a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a faced-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
