Description:
Greets and seats members and guests according to reservations and seating availability. Coordinates the flow of the dining room by balancing diners among servers and communicates with the Food and Beverage Managers regarding table turns.

Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
