Beautiful Waterfront Restaurant and Grill on Lake Cayuga in Ithaca is looking for a Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef. We offer Live Music and Dancing, a Marina and our restaurant is convenient to the Farmers Market, Nature Trails and Children’s Garden. We offer American Fare as well as a large selection of seafood.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service operation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Restaurant Manager – $75K to $85K + Bonus + Benefits (depends on exp.)
-Sous Chef – Starts at $25/hour but open to higher based on talent. Open to salaried sous chefs $55K-$65K or more if they are awesome.
-Exec Chef – $80-90K + Bonus + Benefits (depends on exp.)
