Vice President of Global Accounts – Remote US
The Vice President Global Accounts is responsible for conducting high-level sales activities and global account management and coordination in designated geographic markets to achieve profitable growth and meet the revenue objectives of MNX. This position is responsible for identifying customer needs, developing and selling solutions for customers, obtaining customer commitment and growing a designated subset of MNX global customers in collaboration with MNX sales and solutions staff across the world. It reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What you will do:

• Achieve sales objectives for retention and penetration of global, multi-national customers of MNX and hunt for new business on a few large, strategic targets.
• Monitors and maintains account relationships to ensure seamless integration of new business and customer satisfaction across the enterprise.
• Identify and evaluate new sales leads and prospects within assigned accounts; conduct prospecting meetings, identify key decision makers and qualify potential customers.
• Develop complex sales strategies and proactively search and develop new opportunities within designated global accounts and targets.
• Conduct customer analysis to identify customer needs, determine the impact of products/services on customers, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current/potential customers.
• Develop strategies and plans for effectively managing current global accounts.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM as it relates to your accounts and opportunities.
• Monitor and assess competitive products and services; provide follow-up on industry trends; recommend changes to MNX services based on results.
• Occasionally represent MNX at company events, tradeshows or trade association meetings.
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions and Operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Be responsible to meet a revenue budget for assigned global accounts and new business.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you bring:

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. Professional development coursework; sales training and sales leadership development programs.
• 8+ years of sales experience with at least 5+ years in logistics sales.
• An accomplished recipient of sales awards with demonstrated success in B to B selling roles.
• Sales experience in transportation and logistics required.
• Proven experience in sales planning, sales proposals and selling the value proposition to appropriate level customers including C level is essential.
• Demonstrated achievement of sales goals.
• Training and sales leadership development programs.
