The Sr. Director, HRBP will work collaboratively with the Human Resources team and other subject matter experts to solution and align practices and initiatives with the Company’s strategic and operational goals.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic direction to key functions and management in the areas of organizational effectiveness and development, coaching and talent management
Work with leaders to build a strong organization and operating models for the assigned function within R&D
Build a high performing organization leveraging HR best practices
Engage cross-functionally and assist staff at many levels in optimizing the performance of their teams and resolving issues
Contribute to creating solutions in such areas as employment, employee communication, talent and career development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS delivery
Support continued growth and infrastructure by helping to identify talent gaps and development areas across the R&D functions and other areas as the business grows
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR practices, HRIS systems, employee relations, development etc.
Ensure system workflows and communication are efficiently executed across key functions
Support VP, HRBP and broader HR function on key projects and initiatives as well as day-to-day tasks
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years progressive Human Resources experience required
Experience leading or participating in enterprise wide initiatives in a fast growth environment is required, including skill in partnering with other members of the HR team
Ability to form strong partnerships and trust with employees regardless of level
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
A natural ability to be organized in how you think, communicate and conduct your work
