We are seeking a Senior Telecommunications Technician to become an integral part of our team! This Tech is responsible for installing Cable television, Phone, Internet and Security camera systems for our business customers. This tech will also be responsible for overseeing the other techs at the job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Installs, disconnects, reconnects, adds, changes, and troubleshoots cable TV, internet, telephone and/or security equipment as needed.
- Attempts to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived problems
- Drives company vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner
- Cleans, maintains, and stocks vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties
- Completes paperwork accurately, and reports and records work order status updates
- Supervise, train and support the telecommunications personnel on the job site.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
- Overhead lifting, climbing & carrying ladders with a weight of up to 80lbs
- Working 3- feet above ground level
- Working in enclosed space
- Working in inclement weather
- Walking and climbing, kneeling and crouching
- Must be able to travel during week and occasional overnights.
- Valid driver’s license
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or other related fields
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- AV & Communication System Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
