In your new role, you will provide technical assistance to our clients remotely and via telephone. You will also monitor alerts that come in from our RMM and backup systems. Responsibilities include proactively addressing any alerts, helping customers with technical issues including printing, email, internet connectivity, mobile device support and more. Your skills may require the ability to:

Our successful candidate shall possess:

• At least 2 years experience in the MIS/IT service industry, preferably with an MSP.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve issues
• Diligence and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory & Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of networking, including basic knowledge of firewalls and routing
• Strong passion for and desire to learn new technology
• Experience with RMM tools and PSA ticketing software beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
