This position is located in our South Miami corporate headquarters and is a key part of the national HR and Payroll team.
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team! This position will have 2 main responsibilities, both requiring a strong computer systems skill set, organization and attention to detail. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for payroll system entries and processing as well as administering the onboarding process for new hires. The onboarding process involves, but is not limited to, collecting signed documents, licenses, and conducting background screenings per various state and agency regulations and requirements prior to the new hire beginning their employment with the Company.
Responsibilities Include::
Use your expert-level HR systems knowledge in a fast-paced, high volume, and complex organization
Ensure all electronic paperwork from new hires is complete and processed properly
Conduct employment verifications and reference checks
Be a resource and voice for HR Managers/Directors in the field
Extensive data entry and data review for accuracy
Qualifications::
2 years’ experience in Payroll or HR for a multi-state medical company highly desired
Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desired
