Position Summary: The role of this position at our Corporate Offices is to ensure that certain accounting functions including oversight and control over the fresh operations JDE Customer and Item Master files, and the Company-wide Vendor Master files; the proficient execution of Shared Services (including AP, Purchasing, AR Cash Application and more); the Corporate/Gourmet Financial Close and Analysis, and providing back-up support to the Corporate Director of Accounting, Accounting Manager and other Corpore Leadership, are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. It is a Senior Accounting position and works closely with our broader Corporate Finance and Department leadership. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Accounting, this role also assists the Corporate Accounting Manager in the development and execution of special projects, including payment solutions, P-card programs, shared services, and more. The role has no direct reports to manage but is expected to cross-train with our Corporate Accounting Manager, our AP, and Payroll Managers.
