An innovative outpatient Surgical Center is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! Your role as a Human Resources Generalist will implement various human resource programs, and will be far from one-dimensional! This position is in-office, Monday through Friday. and requires being approachable, having excellent attention-to-detail, follow-up and follow through, and being self-directive. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ inquiries on HR-related topics.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, and works under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources in supporting all Center locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, new hire on-boarding orientations, benefits administration training, affirmative action and employment law compliance. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
