MORE Perreca’s Italian Kitchen, the bustling restaurant arm to the iconic Perreca’s Bakery in Schenectady’s Little Italy is seeking an experienced Host/Host & Take-Out Specialist for the following duties:

• Greet & Seat customers entering the restaurant;

• Answer Telephones accept & organize reservations; take to-go orders; answer simple questions;

• Keep Reservation Schedule

• Accept App Orders;

• Input Orders into POS;

• Pack & Organize delivery app orders for delivery app drivers;

• Lite Cleaning & Organizing

Weekly Schedule:

As required. This position will be shared between our two restaurants: More Perreca’s Italian Kitchen & Cornells in Little Italy. More Perreca’s is a bustling casual full-service restaurant with delicious Italian “grandma food,” while Cornells in Little Italy is a fine-dining Italian “white tablecloth” dining experience. This position is designed to share between the two restaurants making it a full-time position.

• Multitasking

• MICROS Point of Sale System

• SmartPhone ordering apps

• GrubHub / DoorDash Tablets

• Packing Take-out neatly & securely

• Friendly and Personable Greeting

• Ability to balance busy restaurant with telephone calls and app orders
