Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the centralized on-boarding process including: New hire paperwork, new employee orientation, background checks and drug screen processing.
• Establish a paperwork process for employee records; maintain accurate employee records – either electronically or physically, maintain responsibility for compliance of those records.
• Supporting the completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interviews and testing.
• Responsible for entering information into payroll/HR systems, update data, and ensure data integrity.
• Reconciling and coding of HR, Training, and Benefit invoices and preparing them for accounting.
• Prepare, review, interpret, analyze, and approve a variety of data, information and reports.
• Provide general administrative support for the HR, Payroll, and Training teams.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• HR Internship/experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Customer service experience
