Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing year-end review schedules and reports.
• Fixed asset processing, reconciling, and reporting tax related depreciation forecasts.
• Month end accounting system close (Elite 3E), balancing and resolution of any issues.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting and flux analysis.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, journal entries and financial reports.
• Process documentation to support current procedures.
• Provide back-up to Accounts Payable and prepare 1099 Forms.
• Research company credit card transactions and process the bill monthly.

• Communicate professionally within all levels of the firm.
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and the capability to prioritize.
• Ability to understand, adhere to and apply department policies and procedures.
• Ability to learn and work with accounting software (Elite 3E).
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and have exceptional organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Attentive to detail, be a self-starter and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; particularly Excel.
• Willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience (2 to 4 years).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
