About the job:
Are you ready for a high impact team? Mosaic desires to find a Human Resource Professional who can support a GROWING agency! YOU will be responsible for providing tactical and strategic consulting for people and organizational effectiveness strategies to align with the business objectives. This will include quality audits of compliance with national employment law and regulations.
This HR Business Partner will work with the operational leadership and HR centers of excellence to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You have the opportunity to utilize Mosaic’s national office resources when conducting employee relations investigations.
As you build relationships within HR and the agency you will contribute to the success of meeting goals and established priorities.

Things you will need for this position:
* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
* Minimum five years of human resources generalist experience required.
* Must have or obtain within one year of hire, one HR certification (i.e., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR).
* Proven experience in a consulting capacity in areas such as labor unions, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, and coaching leaders.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels preferred.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
