EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three years of progressively responsible professional experience which involved planning, developing, interpreting or implementing laws, policies, and/or regulations for a program.
