Motor Werks is looking for a Used Car Manager to manage and acquire vehicles for our luxury franchises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving goals and 3-5 years of inventory management experience.

Responsible For
- Profitability of used vehicle department through successful acquisition, pricing and merchandising of inventory
- Determine car trade values to customers by conducting effective trade-in appraisals
- Collaborating with service to recondition used car inventory timely while following company standards
- Help customers with used car selection promote model options, and features
- Utilize benchmarking and market data, marketing programs, inventory management and planning to achieve department objectives
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Strong leadership and organizational skills proven by history of stable and long-term career success
- Basic understanding of automotive financial statements and how they are used to actively manage dealership operations
- Ensure the pre-owned vehicles sales department meets its sales performance goals
- Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory environment for auto dealerships

Qualifications
- Experienced preferred in buying cars online using the following systems: Manheim, Manheim Express, Auction Genius, and OVE.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite would be a major plus.
- The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to think on their feet and create solutions.
