• Manages day to day responsibilities for team members within the Business Services Operations group.
• Hires, trains, and develops Business Services Relations Coordinators.
• Establishes goals for operational staff that drive performance and challenge the team to continually improve individually and as a team.
• Provides 1:1 coaching and regular feedback including scheduled quarterly check ins and annual reviews.
• Identify and recommend policy and procedural improvements to streamline and improve processes. Once identified implement changes and quantify improvements in reporting to management.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Manage daily schedules and time off requests to ensure that the needed coverage is available to serve internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and work with internal stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure appropriate service is being provided and all necessary support is available.
• Review and respond to member and internal partner survey responses and input received through other methods including email, BAE feedback, and Member Service team member feedback.
• Analyze and monitor call data reports and other KPI’s.
• Works with AVP of Business Services Operations and Product Development to review and set department policy and procedures.
• Primary responsibility for coordinating and executing requests from auditors both internally and externally.
• Implement and monitor regulatory requirements and procedures designed to comply with all internal and external stakeholders
• Complete understanding of cash management products and services including risks these products can present to the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Five years of financial institution management experience in an operational role.
• 3 years’ experience leading small to medium sized teams of employees

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field or 3 additional years combined progressive experience in financial institution operations management.

Managerial Responsibility

Has supervisor/managerial responsibilities that are direct and through other leaders, typically with a subordinate group of 10 or more employees and multiple organizational and cross-functional teams. Estimates personnel needs and assigns work to meet these needs. Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of assigned staff. Recommends candidates for employment, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for staff, and applies company policy.

Computer/Office Equipment Skills

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with analytical and reporting software preferred

Language Skills

• Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas, methodology, results and recommendations verbally, in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations
• Demonstrated ability to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders and all levels of the organization.
