Lead Software Development Engineer for PHP SaaS Project
We are looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with other cross functional teams to drive long term strategic projects.
Actively mentor peers across software engineering.
Create high quality code that can scale with a significant number of users
Work with department leads to understand and analyze new requirements
Inform senior leadership of new tech ideas, products, and approaches that could help the business grow and improve client experiences
Assist in QA and testing of existing and/or new features
Participate in release, build and deployment activities
Strive for technical perfection and drive architectural and design review discussions.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Expert-level programming and debugging skills in PHP, jQuery, JSON and Javascript
Working experience in JS frameworks like React/Angular.
Experience with agile methodologies and the full SDLC; able to propose new ideas, perform feasibility analyses, and scope work
Proficient with MySQL, including complex SQL query writing and database design
Experience and familiarity with source control (GIT)
Experience with Object Oriented Programming
Experience working with Linux
Experience with Amazon Web Service
Ability to analyze and improve performance of web applications
You have good judgment and can maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Excited about working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
