Mozart’s European Steakhouse is a semi-formal fine dining restaurant located in Leavenworth, WA. We are seeking an experienced Line cook who is able to work weekends primarily though some flexibility is possible. We are proud to have an experienced chef leading our team, a strong work ethic is rewarded. The job description is as follows:

Lead/Line Cook – Assist kitchen in food preparation, food presentation and help with our growing catering opportunities.

Salary range varies based upon experience. Experienced sauté cooks start at $23 per hour PLUS tips.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
