Engine Power, Inc. has a Manager–Logistics and Warehousing position available that reports directly to the President.

The Manager–Logistics and Warehousing will oversee all operations for two warehouse locations. Responsible for warehouse efficiencies, inventory accuracy, order coordination, and shipping relationships. This individual will initiate process improvement and team member development while fostering a positive work environment.
Some expectations of this position include:
- Lead, supervise, organize, and train warehouse team members to reach team performance goals.
- Develop warehouse operation systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Oversee daily inventory and logistic operations by establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals for productivity and loss prevention.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree level education is highly preferred, but not required.
- Experience and training in logistics, hazmat shipping, quality, safety, leadership and supervision, automated parts handling systems, and transportation systems are a plus.
Work Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience with direct reports in a manufacturing and distribution environment with exposure to various shipping systems.
Travel Requirements
- 25% overnight travel to our WI facility
