MS-IL Staffing and Packaging has multiple open General Laborer positions in the Reno and Sparks, NV area and we need your help! Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. Pay ranges from $17.00–$21.11/hr.

• General Laborer responsibilities include storing materials, forklift operator, picking, warehouse packing, production, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

General Laborer Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Load and unload 75lbs bags of raw product in steam hopper
• Stack bags of product
• Construction duties
• Manufacturing duties
• Warehouse Associate duties
• Breakdown of boxes, pallets and organization of inventory
• Do not need to speak fluent English
• Practice good housekeeping (clean as you go)
• Follow all Safety procedures
• Adhere to company quality and performance standards
• Stocking Supplies
• Lifting up to 50Lbs, repeated bending and reaching
• Maintain company performance, quality and safety requirements
• Manual and Power Pallet Jacks
• Pay: $17.00-$21.11/hr.
