MTS Services, Inc., is a low voltage, Division 27 structured cabling contractor. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, have a strong work ethic, have a team player mentality, and attention to detail. We are seeking someone capable of handling the fast pace of a daily workload. This role requires a confident communicator with refined time-management skills. This position will to our Londonderry, NH office, however will be expected to travel to our Wilmington, MA office as needed.

Requirements:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Being the primary point of contact for the daily scheduling of technicians

• Project coordination with Project Managers and the Service Department

• Daily coordination of equipment, tools, and materials.

• Coordination of annual calibration for testing equipment

• Coordination of travel projects

• Tracking of badges and certifications

Safety:

• Prior OSHA training is preferred

• Ensure required field staff safety trainings are kept current

• Conduct periodic site safety inspections

• Tracking of Weekly Toolbox Talk responses

• Tracking monthly inspections of tools and equipment

• Ensure compliance of State and Federal OSHA regulations with direction from the Safety Director

• Monthly Safety Committee Member

Requirements for the Operations Coordinator:

• Must have Microsoft Office 365 experience

• Smartsheet Experience preferred

• Must be able to multi-task

• Driver’s license, clean driving record, and clean background check.

• Capable of working in a drug-free environment in accordance with our drug-testing policy.
