We are currently seeking a talented Digital / Social Media Manager to provide support for all aspects of the marketing and sales effort. This primarily includes responsibilities, managing administrative functions including management of digital marketing and social media initiatives and data entry, coordinating events, completing reports, serving in a hospitality role, managing office inventory and providing other administrative support functions. A marketing coordinator that will be directly involved in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ACTIVITY:

• Must be service oriented with a focus on providing clients with 5-star service.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Present a highly professional and refined image.
• Expertise with social media platforms and posting/monitoring tools (Google+, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Before / after photo editing (Photoshop), creating and editing videos, marketing material.
• Facilitate, monitor, and strategically respond to online reviews across various platforms (Google My Business, Facebook, Yelp, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, maintain, and implement practice’s strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.
• Work directly with clients and with third party vendors managing and updating practice website, ensuring its effectiveness, maintain before/after imaging for website and all social media formats.
• Work with management and graphics team to design marketing promotions, including advertising, literature and displays on all social media platforms.
• Coordinate, produce, edit and distribute meaningful and entertaining content across all platforms daily.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
