Manage the planning and implementation of projects across human resources. Maintains all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities including project scheduling, risk management, change management, issue management, and status reporting.
Run collaboration committees across human resources to ensure all HR leaders are learning and connecting their projects and work with each other.
Oversee the tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to implement new solutions for managing Human Resource functions. Ensures projects stay on time and within budget.
Maintain an issues resolution log, escalating issues as appropriate.
Coordinate with vendors to develop an implementation plan for process improvement, installation, data conversion, system build, testing, training, and other aspects of a coordinated implementation.
In addition, lead the internal implementation team, including hardware and software implementation, network setup, system configuration, and user preference design, testing, and training.
Conduct workflow and process mapping analysis to identify current state issues and future state solutions.
Trace the flow of processes through various HR teams to operationalize standard work across the department.
Measure the time it takes to perform new processes and perform benefit analysis for future state solutions.
and identify trends in the HR field and stay current on policies and procedures.
May complete unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, human resources, business, information technology, computer science, or a related area.
Five (5) years of related work experience.
