Education: B.S. degree or equivalent administrative skills/experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills, organizational ability and problem solving qualities. Knowledge Microsoft Office software programs with emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation & flowcharting applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare, physician billing, coding and medical terminology is a plus.
