Recruiting Associate

MVP Executives, LLC is an executive search firm located in Bryan/College Station. We are looking to hire two Recruiting Associates to join the team.

Recruiting Associates at MVP Executives are truly the face of our organization. Therefore, this person needs to be both polished and professional. There will be high levels of interaction with all candidates who are processed through the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing candidate focused presentations

• Ensuring candidates are given regular feedback/follow-up

• Demonstrate the ability to ask good questions to determine candidate qualifications, motivations and career goals.

• Ability to determine ‘matches’ based on position criteria and candidate resumes

• Maintain an organized schedule adhering to time efficiency and keeping goals in mind

• Ability to recruit directly and indirectly without fear of the phone

• Prepare and deliver reference checks

• Assist in the scheduling of interviews and offer acceptance

• Assist the internal team in achieving company goals and objectives

Who we seek:

The ideal candidate for us is someone that is eager to jump start a successful career – many of those hired had no previous recruiting experience. What we do expect are candidates with ambition, who are self-starters and ideally have previous sales and/or leadership experience. Someone with grit, determination, and money motivated.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $103,496.86 per year
