The Talent Acquisition & Diversity Partner will work closley with company hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the workforce and to recruit the best talent available for current and upcoming opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships across the organization.

Essential Functions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent in order to develop relationship as a true Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and applicants are assessed against appropriate criteria, and to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting process for identified roles, partnering with leaders across the organization for exempt and non-exempt positions including, but not limited to the following: requisition creation and approval, partnering with compensation analyst on job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations and extensions, conducting reference, background checks, assisting with onboarding, etc.
Work closely with recruitment team and human resources to ensure all facets of the recruiting process are completed
Actively participate in all staffing-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects
Assist in meeting affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity recruitment goals
Regular and predictable attendance
Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location.
