Who You Are:
You are a proven leader in Sales Operations. You understand that sales operations is about treating sales as a science, and you are looking to increase the efficiency of a results-oriented sales organization. You work equally well with sales and operations to identify challenges and brainstorm solutions, while prioritizing automation and end-user experience. You take pride in helping individual sellers, and the entire team, to hit their goals.
You are curious about the mechanics of whatever you encounter with a tenacity to take on new projects. You are process- and data-oriented with a keen attention to detail and an innate ability to translate difficult ideas into layman’s terms. You are an advanced Salesforce Admin who keeps pace with seasonal releases.
About The Role:
You will support the Director of Revenue Operations & Technology, and work closely with other leaders in the Revenue Org, such as Sales Coaches, Marketing, and Engineering. You will focus on improving Sales KPIs through process, platforms, data, and communication. You will be part of a cross-functional, talented team, who will help you to learn by doing in the areas of sales operations & strategy, data insights, business analysis, project management, and platform integrations. This role provides the flexibility to seek out new projects.
Other responsibilities include:
- Salesforce administration
- Sales process improvement
- Territory assignment
- Forecasting
- Business analysis – meet with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
- Commission planning and administration
- Contribute to the creation of sales decks and presentations
- Sales tools assistance, troubleshooting, and feature backlog
- Tier 1 reporting and data support
- Documentation and training for platforms and processes
- Any other assigned duties and tasks as required
Desired skills and experience:
- Advanced Salesforce Admin
- Lightning experience
- Working knowledge of all “clicks not code” functionality
- Experience at a VAR, OEM, distributor, or other field in the IT industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Troops, ConnectWise Sell, Salesforce CPQ
