The Future of Heat Solutions (FOHS) Account Manager- Lead Program Manager will be responsible for working with the Sales teams to develop account plans with the company’s strategic accounts and communities that will focus on on meeting customer needs and achieving decarbonization through the strategic implementation of emerging technologies, new programs and customized energy efficiency (EE) solutions. The FOHS Account Managers will manage the cadence of the account plans by collaborating with the Sales, Jurisdiction and Connections teams on project development activities and manage the customer relationship in the context of growth planning and carbon reduction, creating opportunities to support our customers while achieving our Fossil-Fuel Free Vision. In addition to Sales, Jurisdiction, and Connection teams, internal collaboration with the following groups will be essential: Future of Heat Engineering, Gas Control, Gas Pricing, Legal, Gas Supply, Jurisdiction, Long Term Planning, Project Management, and Finance
MA: $109,000 – $128,000 a year
Upstate NY: $98,000 – $115,000
Downstate NY: $116,000 – $137,000
