National Medical Products, Inc. is seeking a Medical Product Representative who is a team-oriented and enthusiastic professional to come join our team. The Customer Service Representative experience is one of high impact and has potential to grow as Medical Product Representative. You will be working to deliver effective product presentations, identify customer needs,and educate customers on the benefits of using the product. Youshould be comfortable working in a calm, quiet office environment with a smallteam.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work with hospital accounts from beginning to end of the product approval process cycle.
· Make inbound/outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing clients.
· Demonstrate benefits and how the product works through live webinars to key decision-makers.
· Conduct in-person training and provide step by step, hands-ontraining to all end users.
· Identify areas for an opportunity such as expansion into other areas and finding new champions.
· Establish and build long-lasting client relationships.
· Must be willing and able to travel toprovide support and product training as needed.
Relevant Work Experience:
· 1 – 2 years Customer Service Representative experience required.
· Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,hospitality or related field.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Ability to wear multiple hats. Must be a go-getter!
· Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
· Proven history of strong work ethic, success, and longevity in prior work environments.
