JOB SUMMARY:

This administrative position will provide support services to enhance and maximize the effectiveness of the business / business area while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Field incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate staff member, and greet guests. 
• Perform standard record keeping, copying, and scanning.
• Project management, to include scheduling production and shipping of smaller market items.
• Work with production to gather information to relay to customers.
• Prepare invoicing for all shipments.
• Accounting month-end closing duties for accounts receivable.
• Assist accounting with other closing functions.
• Manage office operations.
• Job costing of materials and labor.
• Inventory count consolidations.
• Track job costing for daily upload of expenses in Excel.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years of administrative support experience.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 software, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills – written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational & planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
