Description & Objective: Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business customers by developing leads, contacting prospects, making appointments, and closing opportunities. Responsibility includes all facets of the sales and marketing effort to include maintaining sales goals, developing various marketing programs, and proposal preparation. Products and services include a variety of electronic payment processing services to include tablet Point of Sale systems, credit card, debit card, gift & loyalty card processing services, data analytics, etc. Goal is for this individual to move into a leadership / management role within the company as we continue to grow and expand into different markets.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated, confident, and have the commitment to succeed
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, leadership qualities
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Power Point
- Well organized with strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong desire to grow and take on more responsibility
- Must be detailed oriented and work a fast pace
- College degree or equivalent experience
