SUMMARY:
This role supports a wide range of creative needs for the company. By closely working with the marketing team, you would ensure all design needs for the company are delivered in alignment with the company’s voice and brand, support the SEO efforts, and have a vast knowledge of PPC best practices.
This role is to support the marketing team and all of the key stakeholders both internally and externally by:
RESPONSIBILITES:
Presenting the most creative, error-free, and relevant design solutions so that our brand stands out within our industry and create a positive brand experience for all.
Delivering creative based on the goal and vision of campaigns set forth by the marketing team.
Developing the best creative for a variety of marketing communications in alignment with the company’s voice and brand, including but not limited to:
Corporate and product catalogs, brochures, and flyers.
Email Marketing.
Build the SEO strategy.
Manage the PPC Campaigns.
Packaging design.
Print and digital advertisements.
Promotional items.
Maintaining an organized and up-to-date database of all creative assets, including but not limited to:
Logos and fonts.
Packaging.
Product images.
Product literature.
Delivering attractive product and lifestyle imagery for use in print and digital applications both internally and externally by customers through Photoshop and on-location photography.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of creative by actively participating in campaign planning.
Ensuring all creative work delivered is accurate by meticulously proofing work and by communicating with the Marketing Team throughout the design process.
Ensuring that all of our procedures are well documented so that we maximize efficiencies and so that we can effectively train our teams cross-functionally.
Responding to requests and inquiries in a timely manner (typically within 24 hours) so that all internal teams’ and customers’ needs are met. Making internal customers the highest priority.* Keeping our customers engaged and feeling WOWed.*

The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with all departments at National Ramp to ensure that all marketing initiatives are implemented successfully. This position reports to the Marketing Director.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5 years of graphic design work experience in a corporate setting.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
Ability to do animation in Adobe After Effects or similar programs.
Advanced in product photography and typography.
Intermediate knowledge of video development.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be highly enthusiastic, self-disciplined and an absolute desire to learn.
Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must have strong time management and communication skills; oral and written.
Must have the ability to effectively handle a fast-paced environment.
Must have a strong desire to work with others and collaborate.
Must ALWAYS ask questions to expand knowledge beyond the task at hand.
Must be willing to work outside normal working hours when necessary to meet all deadlines.
