National Restoration Experts is a South Florida based restoration company that specializes in providing disaster recovery services to home and business owners. We also offer interior remodeling including kitchens and bathrooms. NRE has been helping homeowners restore their damaged properties in the South Florida region since 2009, and is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

Position Details: NRE is currently seeking self-driven and highly motivated sales and marketing specialists. This position will require you to challenge yourself daily to perform multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. In this position, you will be collaborating with department heads to develop content and create marketing strategies that will effectively communicate our services, with the freedom and flexibility of using your own creativity. This is a full-time position with plenty of opportunity to advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing successful marketing campaigns both online and offline.
• Mannaging and creating content for our website, landing pages, and social accounts.

• Keeping track of conversions and statistical data.

• Creating comprehensive bi-weekly and quarterly conversion reports, identifying & solving issues that may arise.
• Market research to identify current trends in the market, addressing and adapting to the changes.
• Creating presentations and sales brochures to present at network events.
• Managing customer relations such as online reviews across multiple platforms.
• Assist in other business development and marketing areas as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Graphic Design, or any related fields preferred. (Exception: Proven track record with at least 3-6 years experience. **Subject to furnish reputable references/certifications**)
• 3+ years of sales experience required.

• Social media knowledge a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365, Adobe or Photoshop.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Passion for details and ability to work on multiple assignments, while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Web Design skills preferred.

• Construction or related industry knowledge a plus!
• Valid drivers license required
• Must be willing to undergo background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
