The National Sinus Institute is looking to add a fulltime Medical Assistant to our Los Alamos and Espanola, NM clinics. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys practice growing efforts, and meeting the needs of our Ear, Nose, and Throat specialty providers. The job duties include:

* Rooming patients and taking vitals.

* Documenting patient records.

* Assisting with the in-office procedures and surgeries.

* Manage patients receiving allergy immunotherapy.

* Work with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations.

* Communication between providers and patients

* Must work well with different providers.

Experience doing prior authorizations preferred

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred

Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Hourly wage is competitive and based on experience.
