DiscountFilters.com has an immediate need for a JavaScript developer will be instrumental in helping us take our front-end systems to the next level. The ideal candidate will be one who is driven to meet the customer’s needs by creating highly functional and easy to use software.

Experience desired:

• 3+ Year(s) experience developing customer-facing software.
• 3+ Year(s) Frontend Framework(s) – ReactJS, VueJS, NuxtJS, NextJS, GatsbyJS, or similar
• 1+ Year(s) Backend development – NodeJS or .NET (C#)
• 1+ Year(s) RESTful API / Web Service implementation experience
• 1+ Year(s) PHP

Responsibilities:

• Work in small, fast development cycles using a Scrum/MVP approach (1 week sprints).
• Collaborate with area leaders and project leads to build software that will help us grow and provide a better experience.
• Participate in process improvement and software improvement discussions and activities.
• Be willing to challenge the status quo and pursue what is best for the company and our customers.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, technologies, and/or processes that will directly enhance the ability to meet this role’s responsibilities.

Preferred:

• E-commerce experience
• Experience with SEO, PPC, and Web Analytics
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience creating and deploying applications in a cloud-based architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Cloud Databases (DynamoDB, Azure CosmosDB, MongoDB)
• Linux Server / NGINX experience
• Trello or other collaboration software experience

Pay: $75,392.00 – $166,399.00 per year
