Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with couples to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
- Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor management, timeline creation, and budget management.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to couples throughout the planning process, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Assist with negotiations and contracts with vendors to secure services within budget constraints.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.
- Oversee logistics on the wedding day, including setup, coordination of vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan, allowing the couple to relax and enjoy their special day.
