Administrative Associate II (Human Resources) – NC Department of Public Safety – Warren County
Reporting to the HR Technician I, this position will provide administrative assistance & office management in the Human Resources section of a medium custody male correctional facility. This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintaining applicant rosters through ATS and scheduling interviews.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits with established working hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and may require working beyond normal work schedule to meet business need.

The salary grade for this position is GN05 (Salary Range: $31,200 – $44,091). State employees are encouraged to apply for positions of interest even if the salary grade is the same as, or lower than, their current position. If selected for this position, a new salary will be recalculated taking into consideration the quantity of relevant education and experience, funding availability, and internal equity. Based upon these factors, a pay increase MAY result.

About Warren Correctional Institution:
Warren Correctional Institution is a medium custody facility located in Manson, NC which houses approximately 725 male offenders. The facility provides offender labor to one Correction Enterprises operation located off site: The Janitorial Product Plant manufactures a variety of cleaning products, soap, and plastic bags that are sold to various agencies/companies.
