ONLY EXPERIENCED TOWER CLIMBERS SHOULD APPLY

Cell Tower work opportunities in Washington/ Oregan Area. Looking for cell tower climbers to perform radio and antenna installation. Qualified candidates must have prior Cell Tower climbing experience.

Pay Rate: $375 a day (depending on experience) plus $100 a day Per Diem will be provided for those who are eligible.

Essential Function:
* Installing radios, antennas, and associated RF equipment
* Running power and fiber jumpers.
* Troubleshooting Alarms / RSSI issues using supplied sweep gear.
* Performing electrical down tilts and mechanical down tilts using supplied antenna controller units.
* May devise jumper connections with knowledge from connector training.
* Complete equipment and supply paperwork required by customer.
* Climbing communications structures, such as: guyed; self-supporting; monopoles; building/rooftops; grain silos; etc.
* Performing audits: safety; defect and quality.
* Ability to follow daily instructions and shift reports.
* Follow company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

Certifications and Training

* Climber Rescue certification preferred
* Anritsu training preferred
* OSHA certification preferred
* CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Referral Bonus

Receive $750 for any qualified climber you refer who we hire and completes 30 days of work on this project.
