Our successful and driven marketing team is seeking a high-energy, ambitious Marketing Operations Coordinator that will be responsible for managing the technology that serves as a foundation for our email marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. This critical team member will work cross-functionally with members of Sales Operations, Sales, Product, and Sales Training to develop processes and reporting that support NEOGOV’s revenue objectives.
More about this role:
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this position is responsible for managing all new leads generated by marketing to evaluate the level of qualification for new sales opportunities and following up with those that meet the established criteria.
Your average day will consist of doing account research that leads to meaningful conversations in a way that builds trust, setting the stage for effective sales follow-up.
In this role, you’ll be an active member of the marketing team that is responsible for developing programs that drive pipeline. If you enjoy talking to people about their challenges and offering solutions, have a strong work ethic, and the desire to be part of an organization where there’s room for growth, you’ll be a great fit for this role.
