Nephrology Associates is seeking to add a Clinic Customer Service Representative to their growing Team. This position will staff the front desk in Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities:

Administrative (20%)

1. Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

2. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

3.. Create and maintain staff schedules. Distribute staff and physician schedules.

4.. Maintain office supplies and equipment.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Clerical (80%)

1. Serve as a front desk receptionist.

2. Update and maintain provider templates.

3. Review provider schedules to ensure high productivity.

4. Traige patient phone calls.

Collaboration

1. Develops first professional relationships within the care team.

2. Seeks assistance and support in unfamiliar clinic situations.

3. Validates practice through external sources.

Qualifications:

Highly skilled in greeting visitors, determining nature of business and directing to concerned person.

Able to give accurate and details information to visitors

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• One year of Healthcare experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
