Joining Nestlé Purina as an Associate Quality Manager in the Management Development Program means you’re joining our factory family at a management level and be immersed in a highly technical and high-quality production environment to play a key role in achieving our standards of continuous excellence. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality and safety programs, validating regulations, and providing support for various projects. You’ll experience a unique breadth of work within your functional area and focus on becoming a domain expert at the factory you’re assigned to.
This position will start at Nestle Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, OH factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. This position will require at least 50% travel for the first 12-18 months and will gradually reduce from there. The travel will include training and onboarding at other Nestle Purina operating facilities and will assist with the start up of our Eden, NC plant.
