What’s This Position About?
The Director of People & Culture is an integral part of NetElixir’s Senior Leadership team that collectively makes key strategic and operational decisions for the business for enabling sustainable business growth.
The Director leads the People & Culture Department and oversees all aspects of NetElixir’s talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, performance and change management, compensation, benefits, employee compensation, and learning functions.

You have proven experience in building and implementing inclusive talent and people operations systems, processes, and policies.
You have extensive combination of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Human Resources, preferably in the fast moving digital/tech industry.
You have the unique ability to connect, engage and collaborate with various internal teams across the Global NetElixir Family with a strong sensitivity and desire to work synergistically across diverse, disparate cultures.
You are a lifelong learner who is on top of the latest trends and innovations in the HR world and continually tries to implement the new ideas to help build modern, best in class people & culture department.

Requirements:
7-10 years of proven experience as an HR leader with hands-on experience in various aspects of people operations preferably in the digital marketing/tech industry.
Ability to drive efforts and projects through influence, relationships, and extensive, acquired knowledge base.
Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects while also able to balance multiple priorities.
First-hand experience of the legal aspects of HR
Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve people strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational and people skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree
