Netspend Hiring for Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator at Austin, TX Full Time

The supply chain inventory and logistics coordinator will be responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and finished products for different product channels across multiple vendors, coordinating with the internal production team as well as suppliers and vendors to manage timely delivery and shipment of inventory, and ensuring that all logistics processes for shipment and fulfillment are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a daily report of inventory levels across all vendors for the team’s morning production meeting, running various tracking and inventory related reports, creating part numbers and receiving PO’s in Oracle, working with UPS and other vendors to resolve any issues that may arise throughout the supply chain process. This position will assist in managing both US and International logistics coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily inventory report from multiple vendors summarizing data for daily production meeting.
• Work closely with supply chain team to track and prioritize production activities based on daily usage, demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate and monitor the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring compliance with issuing bank standards, company standards and product requirements.
• Collaborate and work closely with other internal stakeholders on retail shipments, partner launches and other promos or product pushes across channels.
• Create new part numbers in Oracle and perform PO receipts.
• Correct any system error issues in daily shipment files from vendor as they pass through Oracle.
• Work with UPS, correct or recall shipments, provide tracking reports and cost data and process weekly invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and transportation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or a similar role. International experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, transportation modes, and logistics operations. Must be proficient in Excel and be familiar with vlookups and macros.
• Must be familiar with Oracle or comparable ERP system.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards for secure plastic shipments and storage, logistics and transportation.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures is a plus.
• Travel may be required as needed.
