What you will be doing:
Ensure data integrity through careful attention to detail and audits of the current system along with ongoing.
Assist with the implementation of new operating companies into UKG Pro on an ongoing basis.
Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system for all new Operating Company partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
Write, maintain, support, and structure a variety of reports/queries using system reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing client needs. Innovate around new ways to look at data to support the achievement of People and business goals.
Ensure HRIS systems and process programs are compliant with HR strategies, policies, and governmental regulations.
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization
Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
Proactively collaborate with the New Charter Technologies’ People team in program delivery and other projects.
Work with HR, finance, and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS system, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
Provide analytical support in terms of quality and quantity to the senior management personnel

Preferred Skills & Experience:
BS in Computer Science/Human Resources or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success in implementing HRIS systems.
1+ years’ experience using/administering UKG Pro.
Experience with complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
Strong computer skills to maintain databases, run reports and perform other key functions within the company HRIS system.
Proficient in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must understand the system development lifecycle process
Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team
