The primary purpose of this position is to lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources department including working with the payroll and talent management team to report new employee orientation, benefits, and employee leave. They are also responsible for the implementation and management of HR systems, policies and procedures, and all branded documents.

Associates Degree in Human Relations or similar field required
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
Proficient in Google Office and SmartSheets
